TUNA AND CHEESE

Kata anak2 saya, mami kalo masak suka nya keluar rel, hihihih..gpp deh mendingan keluar rel daripada naik kereta yang itu2 terus, pemandangannya sama, lu lagi lu lagi...wkwkwk..

Dari kereta mari pindah ke topik yang bener yaitu makanan..xixixi..ini variasi dari mac and cheese, bosen pake isian daging ayam dll, saya ganti dengan tuna kalengan yang jenis tuna in water, semua proses sama seperti biasa tapi tuna nya saya masukin di akhir step..

Endess loh buat sarapan...:)

oh iya, untuk taburannya saya pakein cheddar yang warnanya orens, cheddar ini wangi nya tipis tapi rasa nya sama dengan yang warna kuning biasa..

buat bekal, cocok juga di taro di cup single...Mari makan... ^^

Apa siy yang gak ada di pasar inii? YES THIS IS MAYESTIK..one of the best traditional market in here South Jakarta...all the culinary things is available here...dari rujak, kue cubit tabok ada, blom lagi segala jenis sate, soto dan mie..you can find from the cheapest and the expensive one here..yeaahh.. :D

one thing for sure that cannot be changed is Traditional Market always fun and lovely..i can meet many kind of people, something new from the seller too, daily food, grocery stuff, and some kind of local fruits..

look at the unique and beautiful plate that they sell..some of them for sure will make you turn on exciting...:p

one of the famous Chinese Restaurant is about to keep your tongue and tummy become a best fellas..xD

The items of some baking and cooking product in here basicaly are almost the same..i enjoy so much too see the merchandises, like to watch the bargaining, just in one place...

alamakkk..ada sepatu syahrono disinii..wkwkwk..ayo yang butuh eksis sama sepatu blingbling disini banyak model dan warna, jangan lupa dandan yang menor yaa..xiixixi..

so any excuses not to visit traditional market? i dont think so...:)

TASTE of JAKARTA OLD CITY - PART ONE

I love to exploring old city, and here Jakarta has a beautiful and unique old one as a part of our city..

The old name of Jakarta is Batavia or Betawi, the dynamic city with a lot of humans problem, criminals,over populated, yearly flooding and also transportation problems..but in the other side, this city also offer lots of opportunity such an entertainment, job carrier and many entertaining life especially in the night...;)

This time, me and my daughter like to visit during her short holiday waiting for the exam final for new online enrollment..she enjoy the exploring time and mostly excited about the museums, the food and also our convo time...its lovely! :)

can you guess the age of this building? surely its older than me as well...:p

we also make practice to take some pic of antique car...

its not a school holiday season yet, but we met many school student in there... and thats better than spend time in the shopping malls as most of children love shopping centres, right? :D

also here, we can find many kinds of food, but most of all is traditional food. its rare food hard to find in many places outside, so we both enoy it when we found it...:D

so, thats all, the short introduction about our adventure in this old city and just to let you know..:)

and the judul nya is lebay yaaa..hihihi...ya dong, sekarang kan jaman serba lebay, serba palsu, drama di mana-mana..duuh capee gak siiy hidup pake topeng gitu, ngomong muter2, mbok ya langsung aja gitu loh, suka atau gak jangan di umpetin cuma demi jaga perasaan orang laen, perasaan kan kita yang atur jeh, bukan tanggung jawab orang laen...*eheem, curcol..hahahaha...

Back to topik yuuks..bikin Ayam Kodok agaain, setelah bbrp waktu lalu sempet vakum, karena memang menu seperti ini biasanya untuk acara besar, kalo cuma menu utk rumahan kayaknya takes time nya banget ya, blom makan udah kenyang ajah..:p

Ini dipesan oleh anak ekskul Bola SMA Pangudi Luhur Jakarta, ada pemilihan pengurus baru untuk ekskul tsb jadi kumpul2 lah mereka, tentu membawa potluck masing2 supaya gak merepotkan rumah yang ketempatan, apalgi ini anak laki2 semua, body dan porsi nya gede2..ini aja ternyata untuk 40 orang, entah deh ada yang kebagian cuma kulitnya aja x yah..naseeeb...xixixixi..

oyah, untuk isiannya, selain ayam giling dan daging giling (yang lagi manjat ke atas harganya) *ggrrr* juga di tambah hati ayam tapi direbus dulu supaya gak amis, trus ada juga roti yang direndam susu cair, so adonan nya super moist dan wangi susu..juga dikasih parmesan sekitar 50 gr di campuran semuanya supaya  gak plain aja rasanya..

ayamnya sendiri sebelum di isi saya marinate juga dengan bumbu bubuk seperti lada, bawang putih, cabe dan sedikiiit kunyit, maksut nya siy  supaya aroma anyir dagingnya hilang dan menyatu dengan rasa isi nya..:D

pas ditanya mau saus nya apa, si abang bilang.."saus black pepper aja mami kata temen2 ku supaya ada spicy nya dikit..'' oh oke deh boy..jadilah kentang dan saus nya di bungkus terpisah karena di packing ini sudah full dengan sayurannya..

packing ini lalu di plastic wrap atas nya supaya rapi dan higienis, lalu di masukan lagi dalam dus emas yang cakep..jadi gampang di bawa nya..

Thanks untuk orderannya yaaa..makannya keroyokan dong yah untuk 40 anak laki? ^^
